    Description of Responsibility


    • Availability / Distribution of stationery / visiting cards
    • Overseeing house-keeping staff to ensure the premise is kept clean
    • Ensure on time pick up’s and drop’s for the employees / clients
    • Taking care of food and beverages for the night shift employees
    • Ensure quality and variety of food
    • Audit bills received
    • Obtain STPI approvals
    • Arrange for telephone (office) & mobile SIM cards
    • Compliance with custom clearance
    • Manage events for the organization
